Authentication
Western users should log in using their standard Western credentials and manage their credentials (including password resets) using the Western Identity Manager.
External users will have an account created for them that can be managed through this application.

On first login, you should change your password.
If you forget your password, use the Password Reset page to have a password reset link set to your email.
